Exceptional Cru Bourgeois
An exceptional wine, both for its deep color and its nose of ripe black fruits, without being excessive.
Günzian gravel. Old-vine Cabernet Sauvignon.
Elegance, finesse of the aromas, power, a wine for ageing.
The richness of Cabernet Sauvignon dominates, with both intensity and subtlety. On the palate, the silky tannins are remarkable, and the oak enhances the aromas on the nose. Nothing is missing, and the length is there.
Dense and deep colour with purple hues that promises a good maturity. The nose is intense, with complex aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherry. These aromas are found on the palate, with the delicate note of vanilla characteristic of barrel ageing. The silkiness of the tannins accompanies the tasting, giving a nice length to the wine.
A wine that arouses greed.
