The richness of Cabernet Sauvignon dominates, with both intensity and subtlety. On the palate, the silky tannins are remarkable, and the oak enhances the aromas on the nose. Nothing is missing, and the length is there.

This is the Château de Malleret’s more youthful relation, characterised by a great fruitiness. While never overpowering, the strong aromas provide an excellent sense of identity which runs from the nose, through the flavours on the palate and right up to the superb finish. The wine’s round, long tannic structure is a reminder of the elegance and nobility of its origins.

The cuvée produced here is essentially based on Merlot, and characterised
by its power, its roundness and its complexity.

On 12 hectares of fine gravel, the vineyard co-planted with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon gives a wine full of charm, finesse and elegance.

Château de Malleret Blanc comes from gravelly soil, and has captured all the minerality of this terroir, expressing the freshness and exotic aromas of Sauvignon Blanc and the roundness of barrel ageing.
