An exceptional wine, both for its deep color and its nose of ripe black fruits, without being excessive.
Günzian gravel. Old-vine Cabernet Sauvignon.
Elegance, finesse of the aromas, power, a wine for ageing.
The richness of Cabernet Sauvignon dominates, with both intensity and subtlety. On the palate, the silky tannins are remarkable, and the oak enhances the aromas on the nose. Nothing is missing, and the length is there.

2022!!! This is a vintage that every winemaker dreams of, even if before it arrived in our vats, it produced some stress. But here it is.
An extraordinary vintage with a deep colour and a nose of ripe but not excessive black fruit. The greediness of the Cabernet Sauvignon dominates this vintage, its approach is timid then it lets itself be discovered to be intense and subtle. What can be said of the palate where the silkiness of the tannins is remarkable, the woodiness comes to sublimate the aromas of the nose.
Nothing is missing, the length is a real firework.

Le nez est racé, franc, poivré, avec une bonne finition. Il révèle des notes de cassis mûr, de framboise et, plus légèrement, de poivre doux, d'épices et une fine pointe de minéralité racée.
