Undeniably, this is an excellent wine crafted by a skillful
winemaker ; within the opulent bouquet of berries, a harmonious medley of spices awakens the senses. The alluring scents of liquorice, star anise, and amomum impart a transcendent quality, as if an ethereal force is gently lifting the wine. While the body is robust and commanding, its texture is marvelously intricate – a refined delicacy that needs no embellishment. The finish with its powdery and savory nuances, is a delight that only the connoisseur can fully appreciate. In my view, Château de Malleret 2022 can undoubtledly rival Grand Cru Classé.
